CS* Customers WEB Reviews: I had a wonderful time working with Alaa for some waxing the other day. Even though Aroma wellness closes at 9:00 pm, Alaa took me at the end of the day, at 8:45. Sometimes when you are the last client of the day, you may feel rushed. However, Alaa took her time with me, making sure every last hair was waxed and/or plucked. She's such a sweetheart! We had a great time chatting and Alaa even gave me some skincare advice, and I even left with a sample of some product she thought I would like. I fully recommend her!! B.Brandana I initially went to Aroma based only on the fact that they were cheap and close to my house, but I keep returning because they are fantastic. The setting is very nice, relaxed, welcoming and not at all intimidating. So far I have only gone for Brazilians and my favorite esthetician is Alaa, who makes me feel so comfortable and can do the whole thing in 15 minutes. Brazilians hurt, I think they're awful, but she taught me how to breathe to minimize the pain and she does a very thorough job. I can't imagine a better waxing experience and the prices are extremely reasonable. I would recommend it to anyone. Sylvan was very helpful in finding a time that fit my schedule. Mary was wonderful She made me feel totally comfortable, relaxed & talked to me throughout to keep my mind from it. Which by the way was not so bad cuz she is super good at it! just remember to book early. Mary is one of the BEST around Sloan Amazing. That's really all that needs to be said about my experience here, but I'll say a bit more. Even making appointments here is a pleasant experience! Once I arrived, the service was no different. The receptionist was very nice and spoke in a soft, soothing voice. She ushered me in to a waiting area that was set up with sweet treats and hot tea. I'm not sure what the aroma was, but the waiting area smelled amazing. I did have to wait about 15 extra minutes for my appointment as my aesthetician was running a bit behind, but I was so relaxed and comfy, I didn't mind a bit. Brooke was my aesthetician, by the way, and she was amazing! So thorough. She told me what she was doing and why each step of the way. I highly recommend her. My skin was really truly glowing afterwards. I will definitely be back. Sarah.s FINALLY, a great facial for a great price! I took my bestie here for her 21st birthday present after reading the reviews here on ourfaves and checking out prices on their site. You really can't beat a organic customized 60 min facial for 65$. I've done my research to be savvy, and I settled on this cute little place. We both got the signature organic facial, and since we have less than perfect skin we each got completely different products. What I liked, however, is that they use pangea products, which I've read are pretty good quality. My friend has issues with stubborn breakouts, where as I have issues with combination skin. Both of our therapists gave us tons of tips on what to do differently, or keep doing, and things to try to get our faces in balance. My esthetician was Alaa, and my friend had Raina, and we both loved them. Alaa was awesome. She definitely knew how to massage my shoulders, face, hands, etc... and her extractions actually felt good! I loved the decor, and the lounge/man pedicure rooms were super clean. And the elixirs they give you in the beginning are just like filtred water with some cucumber raspberry strawberry and citrus. Not bad at all. The staff were prompt in returning my calls and were precise in answering my questions. Needless to say, they had me at hello. My mother and I took advantage of the Mom and Me Package and are really glad we did! We were greeted ever so pleasantly, and were made to feel welcome throughout the entire process. The atmosphere allowed us to relax and not watch the clock or feel rushed. Even the tone of our attendants voices were soothing! My mother and I enjoyed the infra-red sauna, which was just the right temperature. That was followed by the de-stressing massage, which really lived up to its name. After that, we received not only facials, but a skin analysis, allowing the treatment to be as personal as possible. All the products used were not harsh in sense or effect. The manicure pedicure was last, and even though I was a bit ticklish, I was made to feel extra comfortable with the added touch of extremity massages. I am glad to say that I have found the spa of my dreams! I can't wait to return!Rian
I had a great experience at Aroma Wellness Clinic and Spa. Mary was friendly, attentive and professional. She explained every step of my facial and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The facilities are modern and very clean -- not a dust bunny in sight. Definitely worth checking out. I've already booked my next appointment. :)Rachel |
