What happens during your laser visit?
We keep the visit simple and honest. You fill out your form, we review your health history, we look at the hair and skin, and we explain what to do before and after treatment. When needed, we test a small area first so you can feel what the service is like before planning future sessions.

Consent and health form review. We go through your health history and consent form together so everything is clear before we begin.

Skin and hair assessment. Your Laserologist checks your skin tone, hair type, hair thickness, and treatment area to confirm suitability and choose safe settings.

Contraindication review. We look for recent sun exposure, irritation, medication, skin treatments, or anything that may affect treatment safety that day.

Test patch when needed. For some clients and skin types, we test a small area first and wait briefly to check how the skin responds.

Technology explanation. We explain the laser technology, cooling, what the pulse may feel like, and why settings can change from one client to another.
