What is sugaring?
Sugaring is made with a paste that is a combination of sugar, water, and lemon. It does not grip the skin the same way wax can, which can make hair removal feel easier for many clients. The paste is applied against the hair and removed in the direction of growth, which can help reduce ingrowns and work well for sensitive skin.
Some clients choose sugaring because the ingredient list is simple, because their skin is sensitive, or because pregnancy makes comfort and positioning more important that day.
