Feet & Toes may be booked separately. We confirm the exact treatment boundaries before starting and map tattoos, moles, active irritation or other areas that should be avoided.
Legs are frequently exposed to sunlight, so tanning history and the current colour of the skin matter at every appointment. A session may need to be adjusted or postponed after recent tanning.

Every new Aroma laser client follows the same safety process before a full session.
We review skin tone, tanning, Fitzpatrick type, hair colour and thickness, medications, health history, tattoos, moles and previous reactions.
Every new client receives a test patch before the first full treatment. The waiting period is decided case by case.
Shave about 24 hours before, keep the roots in place for 4 weeks, avoid tanning for 2 weeks and arrive product-free.
Current skin tone, recent tanning, irritation, medication changes and treatment response are reviewed before each session.
Current skin colour is checked before every session. Recent sun, tanning beds or self-tanner can require postponement.
Laser is not passed directly over tattoos. Moles and other marked areas are assessed and avoided when appropriate.
Broken, inflamed or actively irritated skin is not treated directly. The practitioner decides whether to work around it or reschedule.
Many clients begin with about 6 to 7 sessions, usually around 6 weeks apart. Results vary with hair colour, thickness, density, hormones, skin and consistency.
Treated hairs may shed over roughly 7 to 21 days. Do not pull, wax or tweeze them out.
For 24 to 48 hours, avoid strong heat, heavy exercise, excessive sweating, scrubs, swimming and chlorine.
Once the skin is calm, shaving is allowed. Do not wax, sugar, tweeze, thread or epilate between appointments.
Both clinics assess suitability and customize settings. The systems are different, but Aroma does not rank one as better than the other.
Mary performs laser at Bloor using Clarity II with Alexandrite 755 nm and Nd:YAG 1064 nm options.
Stanka and Enza perform laser at Yonge using the Quanta System Duetto MT EVO with Alexandrite 755 nm and Nd:YAG 1064 nm options.
