What we check

This is not a sales pitch. It is a skin and hair reality check.

Laser works beautifully for many clients, but it is not magic glitter. Hair colour, hair thickness, skin tone, hormones, medication, recent sun, and consistency all matter. The consultation helps us build the right starting plan, or tell you when waiting is safer.

01

Your skin tone and skin mood

We look at skin tone, sensitivity, irritation, recent tanning, self-tanner, and anything that could make your skin more reactive.

02

Your hair colour and thickness

Laser needs pigment in the hair. Coarse dark hair usually responds better than very light, grey, white, or red hair.

03

Your health and medication

We review medication, antibiotics, light-sensitive medication, retinol, acids, peels, cosmetic injections, and skin conditions before treatment.

04

The area you want treated

We check the treatment area, talk about spacing, and explain what kind of result is realistic for that area.

05

Required test patch

Every new laser client completes a test patch before the first full treatment. It is normally done once, and the waiting time is decided case by case from your skin response.

06

Pricing before you commit

We explain the service price, package options, and timing first. No mystery math and no awkward package ambush.

Aroma approach

Sometimes we say yes. Sometimes we say wait.

That is the whole point of a proper consultation. Every new client completes a test patch before the first full treatment. If your skin is calm, the area is prepared, and your test-patch response is appropriate, the technician explains the next step. Recent tanning, waxing, strong actives, medication, irritation, open skin, or a recent burn may mean waiting is safer.

Good laser is not only the machine. It is the person checking your skin before the machine gets involved.

You may be ready today

Your skin is calm, the area is shaved, there is no recent tanning, and the hair has enough pigment for laser to target.

!

You may need to wait

Recent sun, self-tanner, irritation, medication, waxing, sugaring, plucking, or threading can change the plan.

?

Your test patch comes first

A test patch is required before a new client's first full treatment. The waiting time is decided case by case.

We explain the regular price, package option, timing, and realistic commitment before you decide.

Your visit

What happens during the consultation?

We keep it simple and personal. You do not need to know laser vocabulary. That is our job. You just need to tell us what you want treated and what you are unsure about.

Step 1

Consent and health review

We go through your form, medication, skin history, recent sun, and recent treatments so nothing important gets missed.

Step 2

Skin and hair assessment

We look at skin tone, hair colour, thickness, density, and the treatment area to see if laser makes sense.

We start with a calm conversation, your consent and health form, then a proper skin and hair assessment so your plan starts off right.

This is the safety step. We review sun exposure, medication, skincare, and recent hair removal, then complete the required test patch before the first full treatment.
Step 3

Contraindication check

We check for tanning, irritation, active skin treatments, antibiotics, retinol, acids, or anything that may affect safety.

Step 4

Required test patch

A small test patch is completed for each new laser client before the first full treatment. Timing afterward depends on the individual skin response.

Step 5

Technology explanation

We explain how the laser targets hair, what cooling does, what the sensation feels like, and what to expect after.

Step 6

Session plan and pricing

You leave with a clear idea of timing, spacing, package options, and what result is realistic for your area.

Now everything comes together. We explain how the laser works, what comfort feels like, and what your treatment plan, timing, and pricing may look like.

Before you come

How to prepare so your consultation is useful.

A little prep saves a lot of confusion. It also helps us decide if same-day treatment is possible.

Shave 24 hours before
Do this if you may want treatment the same day.
No waxing or sugaring for about 4 weeks
Laser needs the hair root to be present.
Avoid tanning and strong sun
Tell us about recent sun exposure or self-tanner.
Come with clean skin
No heavy lotion, oil, deodorant, makeup, or self-tanner on the area.
Tell us about medication
Especially antibiotics, light-sensitive medication, retinol, acids, or recent peels.
Bring your questions
Pain, price, number of sessions, hormones, dark skin, sensitive skin. Nothing is too small.

Same-day treatment

Can you start laser on the same day?

Sometimes, but only after the required consultation and test patch, when the technician is satisfied with your skin response and the area is prepared. Recent tanning, irritation, medication, waxing, sugaring, plucking, threading, or another concern may mean booking the full treatment for another day.

1

Consultation first

We assess your skin, hair, health history, and the exact area.

2

Safety second

The required test patch is completed first. If anything does not look right, we postpone the full treatment.

3

Treatment only if suitable

If you are ready and want to continue, we can explain the next step clearly.
