Beard sculpting is not full beard removal. It targets agreed areas outside the beard shape you want to keep.
The consultation identifies the cheek line, neckline and any stray areas you want reduced. The treatment line is kept conservative when a client is uncertain about a future beard style.
Coarse, dark beard hair may be a reasonable laser target, but hair colour, thickness, skin tone, recent tanning and the exact location still need to be assessed.
Many clients choose beard sculpting because repeated edge shaving contributes to razor bumps, irritation or ingrown hairs. Laser may reduce suitable hair and one common trigger for those concerns.

Skin tone, tanning, Fitzpatrick type, hair colour, thickness, medications, tattoos, moles and previous reactions are reviewed.
Every new client receives a test patch before the first full treatment. The waiting period is decided case by case.
Current skin colour, recent tanning, irritation, medication changes and treatment response are reviewed before each session.
Long-lasting reduction can limit future beard styles. We map the outline before treatment and recommend a conservative line when you are unsure.
Beard sculpting is generally scheduled around every 4 weeks, with timing adjusted according to regrowth and response.
Avoid strong heat, heavy exercise, shaving over irritated skin, scrubs, swimming and chlorine for 24 to 48 hours.
Many clients begin with about 6 to 7 sessions. Timing is usually around 4 weeks for facial beard sculpting and around 6 weeks for the buttocks area.
Treated hairs may shed over roughly 7 to 21 days. Do not pull, wax or tweeze them out.
For 24 to 48 hours, avoid strong heat, heavy exercise, excessive sweating, scrubs, swimming and chlorine.
Once the skin is calm, shaving is allowed. Do not wax, sugar, tweeze, thread or epilate between appointments.
Both clinics assess suitability and customize settings. Aroma does not rank one laser system as better than the other.
